Our front of house concierges provide traditional front of house estate duties (key management, visitor management, meet & greet, parcel & mail distribution, parking management etc). Our concierges also provide a very comprehensive hotel style concierge service where residents have access to an extremely wide range of convenience services that can be accessed by telephone, email or in person. Our concierges have the full back up of our head office based concierge staff as well as our drivers
who spend their time out on the road looking after errands for our customers.
On Site Concierge Services
Our on site concierges work from a concierge desk within a residential development. Their sole purpose on site is to look after the daily needs and one off requests from residents. A very wide range of services which can be accessed by telephone, email or in person is available to residents. We endeavor to provide consistency in our concierge teams so that they can establish one-to-one relationships with residents and as a result our concierges can really understand and anticipate the differing needs of residents.
Remote Concierge Services
Our remote concierge services are generally favoured by smaller residential developments and serviced apartment providers. Residents have access to wide range of services that can be accessed by telephone or email.
