Our communal areas cleaning can cover gymnasiums, swimming pools, showers, toilet and washroom facilities (including replacing/supplying consumables), garden maintenance and tidying and looking after outdoor facilities. We are also able to offer an extensive range of office and industrial premises cleaning at times to suit our clients.

We also offer a full window cleaning service. Both internal and external windows can be cleaned and we can arrange for machinery (spider hydraulic platform) to be used in the case of a tall building when necessary.

Our pre/post tenancy cleans cover:

Kitchen: Disinfecting and cleaning of sinks, surfaces, tiles, crockery, kitchenware and floors. Taps, fixtures and fittings polished. Inside of windows cleaned. Bins cleaned and rubbish removed. Thorough clean inside & out of cupboards and units, ovens/hobs, fridges, microwaves, toasters, dishwashers, washing machines & other appliances.

Living Room: Dusting, cleaning & polishing of all furniture, ornaments, picture frames, mirrors, lighting, skirting boards, door frames, window sills, fixtures and fittings. Vacuuming all carpets, sofas, curtains & other upholstery. Spot cleaning as necessary. Mop/sweep the floor. Waste paper baskets cleaned & rubbish removed.

Bedrooms: Vacuum mattresses. Make beds - with fresh linen if supplied. Dusting, cleaning, polishing of all furniture, inside & out of wardrobes & drawers, mirrors, lighting, picture frames, woodwork, fixtures and fittings. Vacuuming all carpets, sofas, curtains & other upholstery. Spot cleaning as necessary. Report irremovable stains. Waste paper baskets cleaned & rubbish removed.

Bathrooms: Clean & disinfect bath, shower, sink, toilet, all units, tiles, mirrors. Wash and disinfect floors. Remove rubbish and sanitary waste.
