We are Wizz2u Limited and our registered address is 145-147 St John Street, London, EC1V 4PY.

Wizz2u offers concierge type services. Wizz2u reserves the right to refuse a request if the request is not deemed to be lawful, proper and moral. We reserve the right to withhold products and services until such a time that full payment has been made to Wizz2u.

In many cases we are acting as agents for a third party supplier and in each of these cases the contract is between you and the third party supplier. You will be subject to their terms and conditions and we recommend that you read these before proceeding with your order. We cannot be responsible for goods and services offered by us as agents for third parties or for any aspect of the relationship between you and the third party.

Where your contract is not with Wizz2u Limited but with a third party such as a tour operator or hotel, we may pass on your credit card and any other essential booking details to that third party. The placing of an order for any goods or services by you will constitute consent to us passing on such details.

Flight tickets and package holidays purchased through Wizz2u Limited will be subject to the terms and conditions of the operator of your flight or holiday. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms. Please request these from us. In particular the relevant airline or tour operator may reserve the right to change flight details and routes or holiday details.

Wizz2u reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
