We service the residential market in two different ways.
On Site Concierge & Estate Services
Our front of house concierges provide traditional front of house estate duties (key/visitor management, meet & greet, parcel & mail distribution, parking management etc). In addition our concierges also provide a very comprehensive ‘hotel style’ service offering residents access to an extremely wide range of services and products that can be arranged by telephone, email or in person. Our concierges are backed up by our head office staff as well as a fleet of drivers on the road looking after errands for our customers.
Our scheme is far more cost effective than having separate front of house porters and enhanced concierges/lifestyle managers on site. Our concierges can handle all regular front-of-house duties and all enhanced concierge requests and are trained, experienced, intelligent and fully aware of the service levels expected of them.
By combining the two roles we generate a big saving to the developer/estate management company who would like to offer on site enhanced concierge services to the residents.
Remote Concierge Services
Our remote concierge services are generally favoured by smaller residential developments and serviced apartment providers. Residents have access to a wide range of services that can be accessed by telephone or email.
